(1996, Music For Nations)
With what has to be one of the weirdest album covers on this whole list, this sophemore album by unexpected Carcass offshoot Spiritual Beggars is a riff-roaring good time.
Erring closer to 70’s rock worship than the punkier influences of the American scene, this is nonetheless a fantastic landmark in the stone rock scene.
READ: There’s a lovely look back on the album over at the always brilliant Obelisk.
WATCH: I can’t find much live stuff from the time, but here’s a full concert from 1998, which is a JOLLY NICE TIME
