(1997, Indolent)

By the time they came to record their fourth album, the hit single from their previous album, You & Me Song, was blowing up in a big way thanks to some high-profile use in Hollywood blockbusters. So they put it on the next album, as well, which has to be one of the cheekier moves a record label has ever pulled. It’s almost a shame, because Y&M doesn’t benefit from the grittier sound present across Bagsy Me, and sounds somewhat out of place. But this is still a cracking album, with Hit in particular an absolutely cracking bit of summery Swedish power chord pop.
